Lesson 1
Land Drill
I learn how to Rig the boat and then on dry land but with a team moving the boat around how to stand up and move around rt=tjhe boat, learning to duck at the right time and where to sit in the boat.
A Happy boat is a flat boat.
In my next lesson I learn all about balancing the boat. As the boat turns I need to position myself so that the boat stays upright and have to move at the same time as the other crew members to keep the boat from capsizing.
Lesson 2
The Crew - Balancing the boat and using the Jib.
The first thing to learn is it is always the crews fault.
Pulling the jib not too early and not too late to keep it on the side of the mainsail.

The role of the Helm
Steering - navigating - sitting on the edge of the boat to give more control.
