A really useful Pocketknife to carry attached to your life vest. The serrated blade will cut through ropes and webbing easily when you need to cut yourself free. It is also good at removing plastic and other materials from props. There is a Marlin spike for opening ropes as well as a small pair of priers for sorting out shackles. We keep ours in a leather pouch which can attach easily to a life vest or a belt. There is also a belt clip to attached the knife to. It’s reasonably large and beautifully made: it feels very sturdy. The large serrated blade has a very good safety lock mechanism which means the knife can't fold shut on your fingers when in use. The knife also features a couple of bottle openers which are great when you want a drink after a days sail.
