Started so well

The race started so well. We were on time due to a new way of setting the downhaul, We were in the mix as the flag went down and then slowly we left the other boats behind as they sailed off into the distance and we went more across the river. The races continued

The wind strength continued to build. A Feva had is halyard breaks so limped home on the jib and another member retired because of the high winds and gusts. Quite a few managed to capsize the boats but no one was hurt.
