Boats Hooks are long. They get in the way. Not any more. This boat hook rolls up when not in use . Revolve-Tec have a patented rollable composite technology in their rollable boat hook. The boat hook end fits neatly inside the coiled tube and is not much larger than a coffee cup. To use the boat hook it is a good idea to remove the boat hook attachment from inside and then unroll the tube. The tube is made from six layers of a plastic with a built in weave. The weave controls the diameter of the rod when it rolls up ensuring that the hook end will always fit inside. the holding end is wrapped with a foam type of plastic giving excellent grip. The U-shaped tube is very rigid and can support what ever we asked it to retrieve. The rod has been tested to twice its recommended supporting load. The boat hook happily pulled someone in the water to our camera boat. We liked it so much we bought two - one for each boat.
